History

A dip into my spiritual Journey

I was born in 1974, I grew up in Basingstoke and my worldview was a mixture of everyday life with an expanded awareness of the energy world. Throughout my childhood I could see, hear and feel the energetic world.  At 14 years of age, my kundalini energy had awoken and as a result, my communication and activities with the energetic world had expanded even more and on so many levels. I found myself surrounded by spirits who wanted to communicate or interact with me a lot of the time, day or night. I would find myself astral traveling, channel writing, offering healing, and experiencing different perceptions of consciousness. In fact, throughout my teens what I was experiencing in the energetic world was extremely colourful and dramatic and I am left with many supernatural stories to tell. Living between the material and the spiritual world came naturally to me, although I realized that as a young woman this was not the norm, so as not to overwhelm people I learned to be discrete. I witnessed the world through a different lens and so I searched for answers and support from where ever possible. It was not until I reached my 20’s and began my travels to the Far East and South America that I came to understand the spiritual nature of life and what I was witness too, is a gift.

My search led me to travel all over the world, learning from a variety of spiritual practitioners and teachers, some with status and some without. In 1999 I came to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and learned and practiced Buddhism for several years. In 2002 I became a strong yoga practitioner and attended official yoga studies to become a teacher of Yoga. Between 2000 and 2003 I completed up to Master level Reiki Initiations.

Throughout my 20’s, alongside my spiritual explorations, I ran my own hair and beauty salon. I was working as a hairdresser, and everyday healing energy would move through me and on to my clients, it was apparent that my clients would feel something, and they would leave feeling somewhat perplexed to what they were experiencing. At the time it was too complicated to attempt an explanation. I have often seen and felt into other people’s lives and experiences, normally people who were struggling with life for one reason or another.

In the early part of 2002, I was temporarily living in Byron Bay, Australia. This is where I had my second kundalini awakening, and then later in August of that year my travels took me to a small village in Laos. I had another type of awakening this is where my spirit joined with God in a cosmic ocean of totality. For many months after that, I had ongoing conversations with God and God worked through me to care for and heal the people around me. This was a time when I felt that I was living in heaven on earth and my heart was overflowing with love.

Dark Night of the Soul and Shamanic Medicine

In 2004, I found myself beginning to fall into the ‘dark night’ of the soul, this is where I encountered my own personal hell. Once you go to the ‘dark night’, there is no going back. You are fully motivated to pioneer for full enlightenment. By 2007 I was in the heart of the dark night, I was very unwell, fortunately, I had strong divine guidance to go to Peru, and this is where my own healing journey with Shamanism began. I worked alongside a Shaman for at the least, 6 months where I continued to use ‘Bano de flors’, Cocoa leaves, Cocoa, Hape, Kambo, Sananga, San Pedro, Ayahuasca, and Peyote.

These days

I live on a farm in Overton and I maintain a daily spiritual practice of Yoga, Meditation, and Prayer, I have a community of spiritual practitioners of all descriptions around me, who each bring their love and care to the world. We meet on a regular basis to practice chanting, prayers and meditation. Our learnings are constant on how to elevate our consciousness and how to align with the true spirit of life. I continue with the study and practice of Shamanism, along with pursuing the study of trauma healing.

My Intention as a Therapist

I aspire to hold a safe, supportive and respectful space for your healing journey, as well as your conscious explorations and expansion.

I draw a lot from my own journey in life and I have learned many things from many several teachers. The connection I access through channel to divinity and light beings is profound and evolves daily. I also have learn a lot from my clients and students.

I am humbled in my work, as the divine energy is profound, wise and unique in how it works through me on a weekly basis. The energy healing you can expect to experience is practical and magical. I call “Multidimensional Healing”. It is based on your conscious evolution and together we explore what you are experiencing and the changes that you wish to see. I believe in creating personal sovereignty, and conscious alignment is key to your wellbeing and to your soul purpose. I see clients each week in a beautiful healing room in Mortimer. I also teach spiritual development skills during Multidimensional Reiki initiations and other workshops.
