Vinyasa is a sequence of yoga postures that you flow through, with your breath into each movement. When practiced the postures ride the breath creating a beautiful flow of mind body breath working in unison.
Amber offers Vinyasa Yoga classes that releases' your spine from tension and builds core strength. During the class you will integrate your body and mind with your breath. We finish with a lovey short Yoga Nidra style Shavasana.
If you know nothing about Yoga come along or if you already have a yoga practice, either way, I’m sure you’ll love it!

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the most delicious way to relax and release your body from long endured tension. This is a simple and powerful way to re-align and balance your body and mind. It is what it says it is; restoring you on every level. The class consists of simple relaxing meditations and laying around on bolsters and cushions, with Lavender filled eye pillows placed across your eyes. You will be tucked in whilst listening to light frequency sounds to sooth your soul and calm your mind.
Yoga Nidra again is very simple and extremely powerful. Amber calls it physio for the nervous system. She guides you through a meditation, moving your minds awareness around each of your body parts, left to right. Your mind and body pendulate, reconnecting and re-harmonising. This is incredibly healing and research has put Yoga Nidra at the top of the list for reducing the effects of anxiety and trauma.

Meditation
“Choosing meditation is most likely the best choice you will ever make.”
If you are serious about finding happiness, wellness and peace, then meditation is the answer.
Meditation brings balance to your entire being, when we have balance we are strong in every way, mentally, physically emotionally and of course spiritually. It is fair to say that meditation is also the practice of focus. We bring to life the objective of our focus; by harnessing our thought process we become the master and creator of our lives.
Without a meditation practice we are subject to the world outside of ourselves and are the victim to circumstance.
Guided Meditations
There are several meditation techniques, all to focus the mind on a particular objective and to bring about a particular outcome.
To begin, it is wise to find a practice that you resonate with and one that your logical mind can make sense of. Anything that will support finding a routine is key. Finding a meditation teacher and, or a group setting is ideal to support your developments.
Meditation Teachers & Classes
Amber has been practicing and offering guided meditations for more than 20 years. She began her meditation practice at the end of the 90’s.
